If you chose AAC blocks, you already build a little differently. You would rather put up walls that are lighter, straighter and faster than lay bag after bag of mortar in thick joints. This promo is for you: builders, contractors and homeowners already building this way, with a project to settle before the year ends.
From November 5 to December 31, 2026, buy at least ₱300,000 of Blocktec AAC blocks in one fully paid Project Quotation (PQ), and the Blocktec-Holcim Thin Bed Adhesive your walls need is 50% off. Reach ₱1,000,000 and the adhesive is free.
Why the adhesive deserves a line in your budget
Thin bed adhesive is what lets AAC blocks go up with thin, even joints instead of thick mortar beds. It is also the cost many people forget to plan for until the blocks are on site. This promo cuts that line in half, or takes it off the bill entirely.

How many bags will your walls need?
Use this whether or not you qualify. It is the quickest way to stop guessing. (Exact values may change on actual order.)
Block thickness | Wall area one bag covers | Bags per 100 m² of wall | Regular cost per 100 m² | At 50% off |
4-inch | about 12 m² | 8.3 | ₱3,758 | ₱1,879 |
5-inch | about 11.25 m² | 8.9 | ₱4,009 | ₱2,004 |
6-inch | about 9 m² | 11.1 | ₱5,011 | ₱2,506 |
8-inch | about 6 m² | 16.7 | ₱7,517 | ₱3,758 |
10-inch | about 3 m² | 33.3 | ₱15,033 | ₱7,517 |
Quick formula: bags needed = wall area in m² ÷ area one bag covers, rounded up. Using more than one block thickness? Work out each one separately, then add them up.
Coverage is approximate. Your final quantity is set in your PQ based on the blocks you order.
Three scenarios
- A 4-inch partition job, 500 m² of wall, PQ in the 50% tier. 500 ÷ 12 = 41.7, so 42 bags. At regular price that is ₱18,942. You pay ₱9,471 and save ₱9,471.
- A 6-inch building project, 1,500 m² of wall, PQ at ₱1,000,000 or more. 1,500 ÷ 9 = 166.7, so 167 bags. At regular price that is ₱75,317. You pay ₱0.
- A ₱280,000 block order plus ₱30,000 delivery. The total is ₱310,000, but only the blocks count toward the minimum. At ₱280,000, adhesive stays at ₱451 per bag.
Wall areas above are examples. Your tier depends only on the peso value of AAC blocks in your PQ.
What counts toward the ₱300,000 minimum
Only the AAC blocks. The minimum excludes:
- the adhesive itself
- accessories
- delivery charges
- installation
The amount must be in one PQ that is confirmed and fully paid. Separate orders cannot be combined unless Blocktec approves it in writing first.
How much adhesive the discount covers
The discount applies to the bags needed for the blocks in your PQ. Want extra bags as allowance? Those are charged at the regular ₱451 per bag. Your PQ shows the adhesive price, discount and quantity as separate lines, so you see exactly what you save.
Other rules to know
- No cash equivalent. The discount cannot be converted to cash or credit.
- It cannot be combined with other discounts unless the required approvals are given.
- Promo adhesive is released under Blocktec's usual payment and delivery terms.
- Regular pricing, quotation procedures and payment terms stay the same.
The deadline, plainly
The promo ends December 31, 2026. To qualify, your PQ must be confirmed and fully paid within the promo period.
